I have a passion for Real Estate, and in July 2022, I decided to shift into the property sector by joining Wakefields Real Estate in Durban on Residential Sales. While with Wakefields as a Candidate Property Practitioner, I continued to demonstrate a firm commitment to continuous development and successfully completed the required in-house training, the NQF4 Qualification (PPRA), and passed the PDE4 examinations. In 2025, I achieved my Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE) designation and became a full status property practitioner. Over a three and a half year period with Wakefields, I built a strong sales portfolio of listings, and closed sales, consistently ranking among the branch’s top performing brokers. In January 2025, I achieved the Wakefields Premier Property Consultant (PPC) award for surpassing commission income hurdles. During November 2025, I relocated to Cape Town, Gordons Bay and my career focus is now squarely back on Real Estate in a whole new environment. This time round it is on Commercial Real Estate after joining the Rawson Somerset West Commercial Team in July 2026, and I am looking forward to a long and successful career here in my new “work home”.
