I’m the Maintenance Assistant at Rawson Properties. I enjoy helping people and finding practical solutions to everyday problems, which makes my role both rewarding and fulfilling. In my current position, I coordinate maintenance matters between tenants and landlords, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining open, honest, and professional communication between all parties. I believe that clear communication and prompt service are essential to building positive relationships and creating a smooth rental experience. Before joining Rawson Properties, I worked in the tourism industry from 2016 to 2026 as a local tour guide. During this time, I conducted wine tours, dinner transfers, chauffeur services, and other tourism-related activities. This experience strengthened my customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, all of which I continue to apply in my role today. I take pride in providing reliable support and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.
