I began my career in real estate as a Property Practitioner, helping clients buy and sell properties. My passion for the industry inspired me to start my own real estate company, and in 2013 I completed my NQF 4 and NQF 5 qualifications in Real Estate, enabling me to become the principal of my own business. This remains one of my greatest professional achievements. With 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have gained valuable knowledge across various aspects of property management and client service. I joined Rawson Properties in January 2026 as a Rental Agent. After three months, I transitioned into the Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Assistant, where I further developed my expertise in property maintenance. Today, I serve as the Maintenance Liaison, managing maintenance matters across a wide range of properties. My role involves coordinating with contractors, resolving complex property and maintenance issues, and ensuring effective communication between landlords, tenants, and service providers. I am committed to delivering professional, reliable service and take pride in finding practical solutions that protect property investments while ensuring a positive experience for both landlords and tenants.
