I joined Rawson in 2008 as a rental agent. In 2010, I moved into the sales department as an administrator, and over the years I took on growing responsibility — first as Personal Assistant to our sales agents, then as Team Leader of the administrative department and eventually the Franchise Sales Manager. Watching the business grow from those humble beginnings has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. In 2021, my partner, Roger Lotz and I took the next big step: we purchased the Rawson Somerset West franchise. It marked the start of an exciting new chapter, and since then we’ve grown both personally and professionally, building a stronger team and a stronger business along the way. What keeps me passionate about this industry is that no two days are ever the same. The constant change keeps me sharp, motivated, and always learning. At the heart of it, I love working with people — building genuine relationships and creating an environment where both our team and our clients thrive.
